If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your order was received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 days.

To return your product please mail it back to: The Refined Farmhouse, 5454 McCrary Rd., Semmes, AL 36575.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Broken and/or defective items

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us we’ll take care of it quickly as possible. Please contact us via email at Therefinedfarmhouse@yahoo.com Please include your name,  order number,  and the item you are inquiring about along with pictures of the damage. Once we receive your email, we’ll determine the next steps. Emails for damages MUST be received within 4 days of delivery date. Anything received after will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund.

*Please note: Different fabrics, woods and other home furnishings elements have different wear ability, and the nature of those items are uncontrollable.

If an item is a reclaimed wood material there could be minor cracks and splits.

If an item is a special order/drop ship item please note shipping times depends on availability of the item. With Covid delays shipping time has been taking longer to process. If you have any questions regarding time frame of shipping please email me prior to ordering.

Processing/Shipping time:

All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx  P.O. The Refined Farmhouse does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide an accurate street address for delivery.

All of our shipping time frames are estimated. Delays with dropship manufacturers, shipping companies is out of our hands, but we will do the best to keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of your order. We ask for your patience if shipping delays may arise.
