I’m Amy, a 30 something year old, married 16 years to my best friend Wayland. We have 2 sweet kiddos, Addison and Brody, with a chocolate lab named Abby. We live in a small town in Mobile, AL. I’ve worked in the dental field for 18 years and discovered my passion and love for design and decor after building/contracting 4 homes. We built our 1st one after we got engaged at 19 years old. To say I was clueless was an understatement. Each time we have built, we have learned more and did more DIY’S. I love the design part, and Wayland is a pro at the contracting. He’s my brain behind the design. My style was traditional and changed to Farmhouse with a hint of French Country with our last home build. That’s when I officially started our Instagram, and the love and support we received has been phenomenal. I started this journey as a hobby not knowing what it would become, and now I’m happy to say, it has become a full time job that we absolutely love and adore. For that I am so thankful and blessed I have the opportunity to be truly doing what I feel like I was meant to do.
