Thank you for applying to The Refined Farmhouse Market! We are excited to have you consider joining us. Please complete The Holiday Market Nov 16, 10:00-2:00 Vendor Application for consideration. When: Saturday, Nov 16, 10:00am – 2:00pm

  1. Booths and Pricing
    1. Booth size: 10’x 10’. You MUST provide YOUR OWN table(s) and tent. One vendor per booth unless ok’d by me.
    2. Tents are required. This is an outdoor Market located at 3950 Wulff rd E. Semmes, AL
    3. Tables must be covered with table clothes and booth must be nicely presented. This is a curated collection of vendors and quality is expected.
    4. I want everyone to do well at market! I try my best to limit categories. I use my digression as far as how many vendors I allow in categories.
    5. Booth Fee: $65.00 per 10×10. Due upon receipt of acceptance via Venmo/PayPal/cash.
    6. The Refined Farmhouse Llc./owner’s are not be held liable for anything stolen or damaged before, during, or after the market.
    7. You as a vendor are required to join the vendor page once accepted and read important info and updates as they are posted. Information pertaining to setup is important to read as it makes life easier the morning of setup go more smoothly for everyone.
  2. The Refined Farmhouse will advertise on social media and Vendors are required to share market info  to your own social media pages at least 2 x prior to the event. A month ahead and a week ahead of time. The more people know the better for everyone. This will be checked. Working as a group is key for a successful market.
  3. Payment and Application Submission:
    1. The application must be submitted and approved before payment is submitted.
    2. 3 pictures of your merchandise must be a true representation of the merchandise you will be selling if accepted.
    3. Payment Option 1: Venmo, $65
    4. Payment Option 2:  PayPal, $70 ($65+$5.00 processing fee).
    5. Payment 3: cash
    6. Power access is very limited and we only have power access available for 4 vendors. Fee for power is $20 extra and you must bring your own extension cord.
    7. Power access is not available for Food vendors. You will need a Generator.
    8. Once you have been accepted as a Vendor, the payment link will be sent.  If payment is not received within 5 days of invoice, your booth reservation will be forfeited.
    9. The Refined Farmhouse Markets are “sunshine” events. I don’t want anyone’s inventory getting ruined because of rain. If there is a big chance of rain we will reschedule. If we reschedule typically  there will a 24 hr notice.
    10. Booth Fee is non-refundable. If the market gets rescheduled because of weather and the new date is set you can transfer your fee to the new date or transfer for a market in the future 1x only. We understand life happens and if you need to cancel we need 7 days notice. Otherwise you lose your fee. If you no show to an event you will not be asked back to show. I advertise each vendor on the discussion tab on the event page and customers look forward to seeing you. No shows are unacceptable.
