Return Policy

We operate as a small business and we appreciate you for supporting us! 

Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not give refunds on orders unless there was a mistake made by The Refined Farmhouse during the fulfillment process.  

  • Return shipments must be received within 14 days of when your package was delivered 
  • Please include your receipt or packing slip with the return 
  • Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Non-returnable items: food items, Special order’s, furniture, open items, used merchandise, seasonal décor, sale items, and customized/personalized. 
  • When exchanging an item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless a mistake is made during order fulfillment.
  • Online returns may be made in-store.
  • Our website reflects real-time inventory. On rare occasions an item may be sold before a sales associate can pull the item to fulfill an online order. If so You will be immediately be contacted
  • We ship orders Wednesday – Friday. Please allow extra processing time according to your order date.
