Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Refined Farmhouse! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, damage-free, with original tags attached, and in original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Refined Farmhouse is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Furniture
  • Food and other perishable items
  • Seasonal merchandise after the applicable holiday
  • Special orders, custom orders, or personalized items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or have had the original tags removed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Because inventory can sell quickly, we recommend returning the eligible item for store credit and placing a new order for the item you want.

Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the eligible merchandise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
